How does Neverest develop its great product ideas?
We started as customers with loads of traveling and outdoors experience. We were looking for certain products that were not on the market and decided to start an excellent company to fill those needs. Simply put, we specialize in identifying problems and finding unique solutions. Most of our experiences come from rugged and difficult places so we know what works and what is helpful while on the go. How is Neverest socially responsible?
Neverest was founded by people dedicated to making the world a better place. To that end, we meet our social responsibility in several ways. First, we have designed several products that directly contribute to the improvement of people’s lives. When you buy a Giva-Knit sweater, for example, provides warm clothing to an extremely disadvantaged child, supports impoverished artisans and provides a positive linkage to Afghanistan during an extremely precarious time in that country’s history.
Second, Neverest partners with non-profit organizations listed under our “Friends” page for both product and donation purposes. In forging these links, Neverest is positioning itself as a leader in this type of business/non-profit partnering. In other words, social responsibility is not at all a marketing gimmick and there is no separate “giving” department – working to help others is integral to what we’re doing and what we are about.
I would like to support Neverest’s “Friends” further, how do I help these great causes?
There are two ways. First, you can purchase one of the products and note that it is a donation in the space provided in the PayPal page. These will be sent to the organization you decide. Second, you can make a donation directly through our Friends page.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Neverest staff try their best to process and send orders as soon as possible; usually within five working days. Occasionally, this might take longer and if there is any issue with your order, we will send you an e-mail. If you have any concerns, e-mail us at service@neverest.com.
I’m outside the US, can I still place an order?
Yes, but at there will be additional charges not currently listed. We are glad to help meet your needs so please e-mail us at service@neverest.com for additional information. Certain restrictions may apply.
My organization (school, community group, NGO, business or service unit) is interested a bulk purchase. What do we do?
Neverest would be pleased to accommodate you. On some products, such as the Essential Journeys Kit, we are able to provide custom printing with your organizational logo. Please write to service@neverest.com with your request and we’ll promptly follow up.
Can I substitute items or special order to meet my needs or that of my organization?
Yes, we'll be happy to tailor our products to your needs but we can only do so on bulk orders. Please contact us directly. What are Neverest’s general policies? Please refer to the Policies page for complete details. Specific details about shipping and returning are provided below.
What is Neverest’s shipping policy?
- The shipping and handling costs are calculated automatically when you place an order through PayPal. Currently, costs range from $3.50 to $7.50. Except for bulk orders which receive a special reduced price, free shipping is available on orders over $100.
- Neverest normally ships merchandise via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, USPS First Class, or UPS Ground depending on the weight and dimensions of your order and its destination.
- Neverest will confirm via email when your order has shipped. If one is available, a tracking number will be provided. Sometimes a tracking number cannot be provided, so in the event that you may have questions, Neverest might be able to provide Delivery Confirmation information for USPS Priority mail.
- Please inspect the condition of your purchase at the time of delivery and report any damage to carrier driver for claims processing.
- If you require expedited shipping, please let us know and we will advise you on associated costs depending on your need. Standard rates will apply.
What is your return policy?
Service is very important to us so please let us know if you are not completely satisfied with the products you have purchased. You may return the unused products for exchange or refund within two weeks of purchase.
Please include your receipt and any packaging or labels. If the product is obviously faulty we will exchange the item or offer you a refund. If you need to send the product back to us in the mail, please e-mail us at service@neverest.com
After we have received your valid return and determine manufacturing error we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: 1. Exchange 2. Refund, or 3. Credit. Unfortunately, unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake when fulfilling your order, we do not offer refunds on post and packaging costs and we will charge you postage to re-send it to you.

Giva-Knit™ Sweaters Now Available
Social responsibility is a core value of Neverest. This is demonstrated by our innovative approach to assisting impoverished children. Rather than simply donating to a charity, Neverest uses a buy-one/give-one strategy. When a Giva-Knit™ sweater is purchased from Neverest, a sweater is donated to an Afghan child in need. More Info
